Innovative initiatives to create a more sustainable future
Waste Segregation
EcoElevate is introducing an efficient waste segregation bin system to promote sustainability within our institution. The initiative aims to reduce landfill waste, encourage recycling, and create awareness about responsible waste disposal.
Classroom plants
EcoElevate is launching the Classroom Plants Initiative to bring sustainability and well-being into our learning spaces. This initiative focuses on placing low-maintenance, air-purifying plants in classrooms to enhance the environment, improve air quality, and foster a deeper connection with nature among students.
Compost Bins
EcoElevate is introducing the Compost Bin Initiative to promote sustainable waste management within our institution. This initiative encourages students and staff to convert organic waste into nutrient-rich compost, reducing landfill waste and supporting eco-friendly practices.

Founder and Leader
Hey! I'm Riva Mehta, an IBDP1 student at Kanakia International School. I'm into international relations and economics, and I'm always excited to learn more about how the world works. When I'm not studying or working on EcoElevate, you can find me with an iced coffee at your local coffee shop. I'm excited to make a positive impact with EcoElevate and help implement sustainable lifestyle practices to everyone!

Hii I'm Kavya Mahadevan. I'm in grade 9 at Kanakia International School – and I'm currently pursuing the MYP program. My hobbies are playing the drums, listening to music and reading. I'm also an avid F1, football and tennis fan. I'm really looking forward to be a part of this initiative and do my part to help the environment.
